Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. nutmeats
  • 3/4 c. Cream of Wheat
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 6 egg whites
  • cherry

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; add the 6 egg whites, beaten stiffly, very last.
  2. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3. Use extra creamy Cool Whip and shape into a mountain form with layers of each until top.
  4. Place cherry on top and enjoy.
