Rich and creamy chocolate mousse with deep chocolate flavor, lightened with whipped egg whites, perfect for chocolate lovers and elegant desserts.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 5 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate chips with milk in a saucepan over a warm burner.
  2. Beat egg yolks until smooth.
  3. Add sugar and melted chocolate to the egg yolks.
  4. Add butter and mix well.
  5. Beat egg whites separately until very firm.
  6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Refrigerate until chilled and set before serving.
