Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease skillet or muffin pan.
- Place corn meal in large mixing bowl.
- Stir egg and milk into the same bowl.
- Mix these ingredients very well.
- Add vegetable oil and sugar.
- Stir until batter is pourable.
- Pour batter into prepared skillet or pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes or top surface is golden brown.
- Yields 8 servings per mixture.
