Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix granulated sugar and flour.
  2. Beat egg yolks, milk, vanilla and butter; mix with sugar and flour.
  3. Cook double boiler style until thick.
  4. Add coconut and pour into 9-inch pie shell.
