Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines muffin mix
  • 10 flat bottomed ice cream cones

Instructions

  1. Mix the muffin mix as directed on the box.
  2. Place the 10 ice cream cones in a muffin pan or cookie sheet.
  3. Fill each cone with batter approximately 1 inch from the rims.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the muffins are done.
  6. Decorate with yellow frosting and make "happy faces" with raisins, chocolate icing, or other toppings.
  7. Children can eat the entire cone; no messy wrappers needed.
