Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Grease muffin pan, mixing ingredients very well.
  3. Bake 17 to 20 minutes for regular size or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
  4. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove muffins from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
