Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 package chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the mayonnaise, cooked and drained chopped spinach, chopped spring onions, and chopped parsley together.
  2. Chill the dip in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve with vegetable sticks, potato chips, or on tomato slices, wedges, broccoli, or cauliflower.
