Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, margarine, sugar and flour; mix well.
  2. Stir in vanilla and milk.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until set.
