Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon ground oregano ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon onion powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon jalapeno powder or 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno ⓘ
- 1 (3 ounce) bottle chili powder ⓘ
- 1/2 - 1 cup cider vinegar, to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Refrigerate overnight, or longer.
