Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground oregano
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno powder or 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
  • 1 (3 ounce) bottle chili powder
  • 1/2 - 1 cup cider vinegar, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate overnight, or longer.
