Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 sticks butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Spread frozen hash browns evenly in the pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, Cheez Whiz, and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture over the hash browns in the pan.
  6. Sprinkle cornflake crumbs on top of the casserole.
  7. Top with the remaining 1 stick of melted butter.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
