Never Fail Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (regular or lite)
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 shakes garlic powder
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese in cubes and allow to soften.
  2. Knead together and add other ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread pecans on waxed paper.
  5. Make mixture into a ball and roll over pecans until ball is completely covered.
  6. Wrap in foil and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers, vegetables, etc.
