  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp clear vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until they begin to stiffen.
  2. Add powdered sugar and clear vanilla.
  3. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Put on pies.
  5. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
