Ingredients

  • 20 cukes
  • 2 pieces dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Sterilize 2 pint jars and pack with well scrubbed cukes that have been sliced in half lengthwise.
  2. Tuck a sprig of dill and half clove of garlic.
  3. Mix water, vinegar and salt and bring to boil.
  4. Pour hot liquid in and seal securely.
