Ingredients

  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 precooked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in pan and cook on top of stove until thick like pudding.
  2. Pour in precooked crust.
  3. Cook in oven at 350° until crust browns.
