Nicole's Tacos are flavorful, cheesy handheld treats featuring seasoned ground beef wrapped in warm tortillas, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or casual gatherings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 16 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 12 to 14 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet.
  2. Drain the grease from the cooked beef.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup water, and taco seasoning to the beef.
  4. Heat until the mixture becomes thick.
  5. Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat mixture into the center of each flour tortilla and roll up.
  6. Place the filled tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
  7. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F or microwave until the cheese melts.
