No Bake Winter Slices

Ingredients

  • 600 grams granulated sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams crushed butter cookies
  • 200 grams ground nuts (I put carob)
  • 200 grams coconut flour
  • 150 ml rum (or brandy or whiskey)
  • 160 grams baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. Put sugar and water in a pan over low heat until the sugar dissolves completely (10min)
  2. Add butter, chocolate, nuts, crushed cookies and coconut to the pot.
  3. Take off heat
  4. Add alcohol or a few drops of rum extract
  5. Spread mixture on a big sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate until firm
  7. GLAZE: melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler then pour over the cooled cake.
  8. Refrigerate until firm.
  9. Enjoy :)
