Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 8 -10 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sesame seed, soaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 hot chili pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup raw tahini or 1 cup sesame seed meal

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in the food processor until smooth.
