A no-bake, layered ice cream pie with vanilla and strawberry flavors, topped with whipped cream and nuts, perfect for summer gatherings or quick dessert cravings.

Ingredients

  • 3 pt. softened ice cream (2 pt. vanilla, 1 pt. strawberry)
  • whipped topping
  • chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Chill a 9-inch pie pan for 10 minutes.
  2. Line the pan with 1 pint of vanilla ice cream, including the sides.
  3. Freeze the lined pie pan.
  4. Spread softened strawberry ice cream on top of the vanilla layer and freeze.
  5. Add the remaining pint of vanilla ice cream on top and freeze.
  6. Before serving, top the pie with whipped topping and chopped nuts.
