Ingredients

  • 8 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. light-colored corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • milk

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt chopped chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and corn syrup until combined.
  3. Gradually stir in the 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla and ground cinnamon.
  5. Serve warm, stirring in additional milk as necessary, until of dipping consistency.
  6. Serve with cookies.
