Party Buns are savory finger rolls filled with a cheesy, meaty mixture, perfect for gatherings and casual entertaining with bold flavors and easy preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, grated
  • 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 small jars pimento

Instructions

  1. Combine grated cheese and luncheon meat in a bowl; add chopped olives, dry mustard, pepper, chopped onion, mayonnaise, and pimentos. Mix well.
  2. Cut finger rolls in half and stuff with the cheese and meat mixture, placing the cut side up in a baking pan.
  3. Cover the stuffed rolls with foil and bake at 300°F for 35 minutes.
