Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • salt
  • seasoned salt
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Remove skin and all fat from chicken. Rinse and pat dry. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and garlic powder to taste.
  2. Spray a frying pan with no-stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  3. Place chicken, meaty side down, in the pan.
  4. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken over.
  6. Repeat the simmering process. Remove the cover and cook until juices cook out.
