No Knead Egg Bread

- In large bowl thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
- Add butter.
- Gradually add very warm water to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes with mixer.
- Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
- Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
- Cover; let rise in warm place for 35 minutes (until double).
- Stir down; turn into 2 greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dishes.
- Cover; let rise for 40 minutes.
- Bake at 375° for about 35 minutes.
- Remove from casseroles to cool.
