Nonna Zelenda'S Lasagna
A hearty Italian lasagna layered with rich meat sauce, creamy ricotta, and melted mozzarella, perfect for family dinners and special occasions alike.

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Sauté onions (and peppers or mushrooms if desired) until tender.
- Add 2 jars of Ragu sauce, parsley flakes, salt, pepper, 2 small cans of tomato puree, and 1 can of tomato paste to the sautéed vegetables and meat.
- Simmer the sauce uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- Mix ricotta cheese with eggs, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, and onion salt.
- Layer cooked noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, and shredded mozzarella in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers as desired and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
