Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 32 oz Ragu sauce
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1/4 lb mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup dry white sherry

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with diced onion, garlic salt, and pepper in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the meat mixture.
  3. Add Ragu sauce, red wine vinegar, white sherry, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a Dutch oven until al dente.
  6. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce.
  7. Simmer the combined dish, covered, for 30 minutes before serving.
