Ingredients

  • 6 oz. butterscotch pieces
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 small can chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butterscotch pieces and semi-sweet chocolate pieces in a double boiler. Allow to cool slightly.
  2. Add the chow mein noodles, Spanish peanuts, and raisins (if using) to the melted mixture.
  3. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto a wax paper-covered cookie sheet.
  4. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator to set for about 2 hours.
