Noodle Pudding(Kugle)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs, divided
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 c. milk, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • yellow raisins
  • 1 lb. cooked fine noodles

Instructions

  1. With 4 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk, mix the first 6 ingredients. Add to cooked noodles and add raisins.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of milk, 2 eggs, sugar and salt and pour over noodles. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top.
  3. Bake at 375° for 1 hour in a large roasting pan. Test with dinner knife. Should be a little moist.
