Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 cans chili
  • 6 large potatoes
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Fry the cubed potatoes until done.
  2. Place the fried potatoes in the bottom of a 2 to 3-inch sided baking pan.
  3. Lightly salt the potatoes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  5. Open the cans of chili and pour over the potatoes in the baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle chopped onions and grated Cheddar cheese over the chili.
  7. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake until the dish is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.
