Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 4 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 2/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream shortening and sugar well; add well beaten egg yolks, pineapple juice and vanilla.
  2. Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Spread in two layer pans.
