Instructions
- Beat sugar and eggs together.
- Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
- Fold in apples and nuts.
- Put in greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; cool.
- Mix whipped topping and pineapple; spread on cooled pie.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
