A creamy, cheesy broccoli side dish featuring tender broccoli spears topped with velvety mayonnaise and melted Velveeta cheese, perfect for family dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 or 6 slices Velveeta cheese
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli until barely tender. Arrange in a baking dish.
  2. Add lemon juice gradually to the mayonnaise, stirring constantly. Drizzle over broccoli.
  3. Top with cheese slices.
  4. Place, uncovered, in a 350°F oven until cheese melts.
