Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Add milk, egg and nuts.
  3. Blend well. Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour.
  4. Enjoy!
