Nutty Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. pretzels, crushed
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 2 c. pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together the pretzels, 3/4 cup melted butter and 1 tablespoon sugar and place in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
  3. Cool before adding the next layers.
  4. Mix together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and Cool Whip and layer on pretzel mix.
