Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. soft butter
  • 2/3 c. oats
  • 2/3 c. Karo syrup
  • 2/3 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. pecans
  • 8-inch pie shell (unbaked)

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Pour into pastry shell and top with 2/3 cup of pecans.
  3. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  4. Cool before serving.
