- Microwave oatmeal in 4 cups water on high for 3 minutes.
- Cut tomato,onion,garlic into small pieces.
- In a saute pan heat oil and just when hot add peanuts, chilli, mustards and cumin and when they r splittering
- add curry leaves,onions,turmeric, garlic and saute until onions become transparent.Then add tomato and cook till tomatos are soft and then add salt and oatmeal.cook for 3 more minutes till oatmeal gets well with onion and tomato.
- Remove from heat and serve hot garnishing with cilantro and lime juice.
