Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. somen
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. ocean salad
  • 1 kamaboko, julienned
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the somen noodles as directed on the package.
  2. Mix sugar, oil, salt, and vinegar really well to make the dressing.
  3. Drain the cooked somen and combine with kamaboko, ocean salad, and the dressing.
  4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator and serve cold.
