Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup self-rising flour or all-purpose flour
  • dash of salt (if using all-purpose flour)

Instructions

  1. Bring water and oil to a boil.
  2. Pour the hot water and oil over the flour (and salt, if using all-purpose flour).
  3. Mix until combined and form into a ball.
  4. Press the mixture into a pie pan, spreading to cover the entire surface.
  5. Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
