Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Arrange the boiled potatoes in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Pour melted margarine over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle all sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Turn the potatoes 2 or 3 times during baking.
  6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
  7. Baste the potatoes before serving.
