Ingredients

  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Place the whole pumpkin in the oven and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender.
  2. Remove the pumpkin from the oven, cut off the top, and scoop out the pulp and seeds.
  3. Set the seeds aside for later eating.
  4. Mix together the apple cider, maple syrup, and melted butter.
  5. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out pumpkin and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve.
