Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. mochiko
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients very well until smooth.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil.
  3. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
