- Place egg, Bisquick, and salt into a bowl and add enough milk to make a thick batter.
- Add frozen okra to the batter and stir well.
- Adjust the batter's thickness by adding more Bisquick if necessary, so it is thick enough to drop by tablespoon.
- Heat medium grease in a pan or deep fryer.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot grease and cook until one side is nicely browned.
- Turn the okra balls and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
