- Pour hot pickling solution over the okra, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
- Remove air bubbles from the jars.
- Wipe jar rims with a clean cloth.
- Adjust the lids on the jars.
- Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
