Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and set aside.
  2. Beat the remaining eggs with sugar and salt.
  3. Add evaporated milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
  5. Pour the mixture into a gallon freezer and freeze.
  6. Optional: Add fresh or canned fruits before serving.
