Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 package sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup uncooked instant rice
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, beaten egg, and pudding mix. Mix well.
  2. Add uncooked rice, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir twice to combine.
  6. Pour into bowls and cover with plastic wrap.
  7. Serve warm or cold with Cool Whip.
