Ingredients

  • ripe peaches
  • 1/2 to 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Slice peaches and add them to an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix sugar, flour, melted butter, and beaten eggs together.
  4. Pour the mixture over the peaches in the pie shell.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 325°F and continue baking for 40 minutes.
