Ingredients

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/3 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 pt. plain yogurt or buttermilk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine wheat flour and all-purpose flour.
  2. Add baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
  3. Add yogurt or buttermilk.
  4. Mix and knead until a soft dough forms.
  5. It should still feel wet.
