Ingredients

  • sliced peeled apples
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3 slices margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Fill a cake pan 3/4 full of sliced and peeled apples.
  2. Sift sugar, flour, and cinnamon together.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the apples.
  4. Place 3 slices of margarine or butter on top.
  5. Mix Bisquick with enough milk to make a stiff batter.
  6. Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls over the top of the filling.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour or until done.
  8. Serve hot with milk or ice cream on top.
