Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Sicilian green olives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 None green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup loosely packed parsley, finely chopped
  • None None Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 1 None baguette, thinly sliced, to serve

Instructions

  1. Combine olives, hummus, lemon juice, garlic, green onions and parsley in a medium bowl. Season to taste with Tabasco sauce.
  2. Serve with thinly sliced baguette. Garnish with sprouts.
