- Mix together cream cheese, herbs de Provence, celery salt and garlic powder until smooth.
- Wrap a 24 inch styrofoam cone with plastic wrap. Use a little cream cheese to adhere cone to a serving platter then spread remaining cream cheese over cone. Chill for 1 hour.
- Press olives into cone, using toothpicks to secure. Secure stars onto cone using toothpicks then insert rosemary sprigs into spaces between olives and at base.
