- Strirfry in e.v.o.o. the onion with the red pepper for about 5 minutes, when the onion is almost transparent, add the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Stir.
- Add the olives, raisins and cook for another 5 minutes or less, until the flavors mix. Taste and correct flavors.
- Sirve olives (use a pierced spoon to avoid drippings) with crackers.
