Ingredients

  • 3 packages of jello (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green)
  • 1 envelope plain gelatin
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Dissolve each package of jello separately in 1 1/2 cups of hot water and let set overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, cut the set jello into chunks and mix all three colors together to create a broken glass effect.
  3. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a serving dish.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine the jello chunks with pineapple juice and fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate until set before serving.
